Why Photography?
I love giving someone a stamp for their story that captures who they are. Nothing beats hearing, “I love it!”.Â
Family Traditions:
My mom used to take me to the park and use me as her photography subject while I played. They stood out among other photos: candid smiles, dirty fingers and all. They are how she was seeing the world and how she must have been looking at me while I enjoyed the moment. Her collection and sincere approach made a lasting impression on me and my photography style today.
I never thought this would be the direction I would head, but I was told I had an eye for it and apprenticed with Kelsey Atwood, another local photographer, who gave me the confidence to branch out.
